Xingmao Residence is located in the inner ring of Jing'an Temple in Shanghai, along the Suzhou River. This is another downtown boutique residence launched by CapitaLand Shanghai after CapitaLand Maoming Mansion with unique location value.
This developement integrates CapitaLand's years of experience in building high-quality residences in Shanghai, with the essence of restoring the true nature of life. This project once again reflects CapitaLand's high level of detail in thinking to strive for perfection and pay attention to humanistic details in residential projects.
ATCHAIN developed VR digital project showcase system for CapitaLand,
And designed the combination of touch screen and physical architectural model. The digital display in VR will respond synchronously with the lighting of the physical architectural model.
In the VR system, we integrate 3D panoramic display, time of the day changes, surrounding transportation nodes, community landscape, and the choice of buildings and unit types.
