ATCHAIN ​ assisted Tishman Speyer to build an offline exhibition showroom, and provided the digital content .

Through the dynamic promotional video targeting Gen Z + VR digital display system,the branding and the project information is well displayed.

The inspiration of the promotional video combines the characteristics of the Gen Z, as well as the vitality of Shenzhen, the city of science and technology.

By addingvarious forms of hand sketches, the commercial vitality is much increased, highlighting the project positioning and urban characteristics.

The digital VR visualization system comprehensively integrated the visualization of site context, buildings, rental layout, vertical transportation, and walkthrough on different floors.

The salesperson is able to solve all the customer's questions within the one system through the intuitive and effective 3d display.
